She most recently is highlighted in Delaware Today Magazine in their Top Real Estate Agents Issue. She is licensed in DE and PA, and has clients who are selling as well as buying homes. Before entering real estate, Felicia co-founded a marine business in Maryland that served clients in the tri-state area. She has always had a consultative sales approach that establish long-term relationships through mutual loyalty and respect. In the marine business she grew it from $ 600k to $2.1 million in 5 years. Prior to small business experience, she was a Technical Project Manager for a top 3 law firm in Washington DC. The varied experiences from small business to large company gives her unique abilities in interpersonal communication and complex management of tasks like what is required for buying and selling homes.

Felicia currently resides in Landenberg PA with her husband and son. One of her favorite places is Smith Mt Lake VA. She enjoys being on the water, playing basketball with her son, driving their GT500 and playing with the family German Shepherd, Shelby.
