In 2005, Colleen Kellner joined efforts with Allison Stine and has seen the Real Estate team flourish since. She primarily oversees the complete process of buying property, which starts with discovering the right house, organizing home inspections and communicating with attorneys and lenders.
Colleen specializes in first and second homes in Sussex and Worcester counties, and guiding clients on new-purchase matters. By assisting with restaurants suggestions, insurance information and furniture selection, Colleen helps clients feel right at home in their new neighborhood. She is a certified Accredited Buyers Representative and has served on the Women’s Council of Realtors.
In her spare time, Colleen enjoys volunteering her time to several organizations and giving back to the community. But through her work, she loves becoming part of a person’s story to find a new home. Colleen was awarded the 2020 Good Neighbor Award by the Sussex County Association of Realtors for her charitable work in the community!
