Nicole Harrell is a Realtor that enjoys the serious business of shopping for a home and the fun atmosphere of the Allison Stine Team. Nicole’s area of expertise includes single-family homes and condominiums, vacation getaways and investment property. She is a certified Accredited Buyers Representative and licensed in Maryland and Delaware.
Nicole relocated with her family from Pittsburgh to Sussex County in 1986, and they currently live in Frankford. Nicole spent nine years at Sea Colony, where she worked in both the property management division and accounting department. She then accepted a position with a professional land surveying firm, where she spent 10 years building her vast knowledge of real property, including understanding flood zones, municipality procedures, new construction, and subdivisions. Nicole joined the Allison Stine Team in March 2015. Nicole spends her free time with her Husband and son enjoying the beach and all that the area has to offer.
