Allison spent 22 years in the hotel business, working in Wilmington, DE, Jacksonville, FL, Baltimore, MD, Virginia Park, Ireland, Washington, DC, and most recently in Ocean City, MD where she was the General Manager of a large resort hotel. It was during her hotel career that she honed her skills in business and customer service.
The Council of Residential Specialists has designated Allison a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to sales associates in residential sales. REALTORS® who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.
Allison has successfully completed the REALTOR® ePRO course to become one of a select few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious REALTOR® ePRO certification from the National Association of Realtors.
The REALTOR® ePRO certification course enables real estate professionals to more effectively assist customers in purchasing or selling a home by leveraging internet technologies and identifying, evaluating, and implementing new internet business models.
Allison has also completed the specialized real estate investment course “Creating Wealth through Residential Real Estate Investments” conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. The course covered the fundamentals of investment, taxes affecting real estate investment, and investment strategies to create wealth.
Allison serves on the MLS Committee for the Sussex County Association of Realtors and is a Board Member of its Community Service Foundation.
Allison resides in New Castle, DE and Cripple Creek Golf and Country Club near Bethany Beach, and is a Sea Colony owner.
Colleen has been a Sussex County resident since 1987, when she moved there with her family from Pittsburgh.
Colleen began her career in the accounting department at Sea Colony, where she worked for eight years before joining the Allison Stine Team in 2006. Allison and Colleen moved their business to Long and Foster Real Estate in 2008 after successfully selling nearly $30 million dollars of real estate in 2007 and listing another $23 million.
The communities of Sea Colony, Bear Trap Dunes and Bayside are Colleen’s specialties, as well as the surrounding communities in the Bethany and Fenwick resorts. Colleen is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors and Delaware and National Association of Realtors.
Colleen is actively involved in the Community Service Committee at Long and Foster, where she has raised money for the Justin Jennings Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, SCAOR Charitable Foundation, local food banks, and Sussex Little League. She recently headed a group of agents in a build day for Habitat for Humanity.
Colleen and her family live in Selbyville, Delaware, and she is also a Sea Colony owner.
Jennifer Dieste was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. Like many, she grew up vacationing every summer in Bethany Beach with her family. She graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University. There she played Division I softball for four years. After graduation, she pursued her passion for fitness. Becoming certified as a stationary cycling “spin” instructor, she taught her first of many group fitness classes. She also became a sales representative for Tree Of Life, a natural food and supplement distributor, covering Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. In 2007 she accomplished her biggest goal to date. She completed a two-month, cross-country cycling trip from Oregon to New Hampshire. She cycled 3,600 miles in 52 days, marking an experience she will never forget.
Professionally, Jennifer’s career started in 2002 when she relocated to Ocean View, Delaware to join the family business. She began working with her father and brother at Mark Dieste Design Build. A company founded in 1996 by her father, Mark Dieste Design Build is a custom home and remodeling firm. From this experience, Jennifer prides herself in her knowledge of home building from start to finish and all details in between. To add extra value to the company and their clients, Jennifer became a Delaware licensed Real Estate Agent in 2003. She then became part of the Crowley Associates Realty team. Jennifer remained with Crowley Associates for 13 years, until joining the Allison Stine Team at Long & Foster in 2016. She continues to work at Mark Dieste Design Build. Presently, she also teaches group fitness classes at World Gym Bethany, which include spinning,

She also teaches one of her classes for Indian River Adult Education. She is a licensed Les Mills Body Pump instructor, as well as a certified personal trainer.
Nicole relocated with her family from Pittsburgh to Sussex County in 1986, and they currently live in Frankford. Nicole spent nine years at Sea Colony, where she worked in both the property management division and accounting department. She then accepted a position with a professional land surveying firm, where she spent 10 years building her vast knowledge of real property, including understanding flood zones, municipality procedures, new construction, and subdivisions.
Nicole joined the Allison Stine Team in March 2015. She spends her free time with her Husband and son enjoying the beach and all that the area has to offer. Nicole is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
Jim is a 3rd generation Realtor who was raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA where his mother was a top producing Realtor for 25 Years. Coming from a family of Realtors gave Jim the insight of the work and joys involved with helping families with selling or purchasing real estate.
At the age of 15, Jim was the youngest in his class to take the Dale Carnegie leadership course resulting in his learning effective communication skills. He was also a multi-sport athlete in High School serving as captain of the swimming and volleyball teams where he developed his leadership qualities.
Each summer, Jim’s family would vacation on Maryland’s Eastern Shore making great beach memories; this was the beginning of Jim’s love of the beach.
In 1991, Jim graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania on a partial swimming scholarship, was a member of the University Volleyball team, recognized on Deans List, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education.
With a lack of Physical Education teaching jobs available at the time, Jim moved to the Washington, DC area where he began a career in sales, leading him to the Information Technology Industry and receiving many top producing sales awards, along with experience in negotiating many mutually beneficial contracts.
Jim married his wife Kathleen in 1996 and they have two sons, Michael and Carson. With their love for the beach area established, and much of their family having moved and currently residing on the Eastern Shore, they frequently visited and vacationed to the Delaware and Maryland beaches. They loved Bethany Beach area so much that in 2003 they decided to permanently move to Ocean View, Delaware just outside Bethany Beach.
In 2005, Jim purchased and opened the security franchise Signature Alert Security that currently services many of the local area residences and businesses. This experience has enabled Jim to work with many people in the community, as well as, solidify how important teamwork and customer service is to him.
In 2015, Jim joined the very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional Allison Stine Real Estate Team where he is able to fully serve clients in buying or selling real estate.
Jim also serves the community as the Head Volleyball Coach of the local Indian River High School Volleyball team, and is an active member of Mariners Bethel Church.
Jim and his family currently reside in their home located in the Briarcliffe Development in Ocean View, DE and also owns a townhome in the Creekside development in Millville, DE.
